Available from 1st of June to 1st of July (1 month). I am only letting the room this cheap because of a short stay. I will be doing an internship myself in Bristol during the summer. In the house: * 2 large, 2 medium and 2 smaller bedrooms * 4 restrooms and 3 shower rooms * 100 mb/s Broadband internet * Large kitchen and large living room * Two parking spaces available * Garden with a BBQ * Bike shed and garage The house is just 5 min walking distance from the University of Southampton Highfield campus. It is located on the opposite side of the new Boldrewood campus. There are grocery shops, takeaways and restaurants available on Burgess Road. Should you need to get to the town centre there is a bus stop just 1 min away where U2, U6 and other buses operate. About the payments: * I will need one month's rent paid in advance * Bills are around 30 pounds/month which I have included in rent's cost * The cleaning utilities, house maintenance is £1/month About us: We are European/UK 3rd year Engineering students.
